However, while daddy and daughter were all smiles on stage, the joint custody agreement could be in jeopardy
Chris Brown celebrated his recent custody victory by taking high daughter Royalty onto stage with him.
The disgraced rapper - who was awarded joint custody of his one-year-old daughter Royalty last week - took her up onto stage at his concert at the Isleta Amphitheatre in Albuquerque to celebrate.
However, while daddy and daughter were all smiles on stage, the joint custody agreement could be in jeopardy as according to new reports, it could possibly be revoked.
The R&B singer was given temporary joint custody of the tot with his former flame Nia Guzman, and the pair have to rotate every four days.
Now sources close to Royalty’s mother Nia, that there was more drama in court, according to TMZ.
Guzman’s lawyer reportedly demanded that the judge make Chris give a hair and urine sample for drug testing, which the judge agreed with.
It is not clear which will happen if Chris’ drug test returns positive.
The insider also told TMZ that Chris was granted the joint custody but his mother must also be there when he takes care of his little girl.
Nia and Chris reportedly have to attend mediation sessions so they can work out a long-term custody plan and support agreement for their daughter.
If they are unable to reach that agreement, Royalty will go between the two every four days until a trial is scheduled.
Chris has been spending time with his daughter and shared some cute snaps of their play time together: "Before the show activities. Playing doctor. Honestly I have more fun doing this than going out the club. #feelinglikeanoldman ".
In a passionate caption for a picture of his sold out show, Chris wrote: "I'm so thankful to be able to perform and inspire the world. I really think back LIKE , 'damn, I went to f*****g jail and had a number 1 single in the country'.
"This goes to show you that you can make it after mistakes. It's about love forgiveness and just working on yourself.
"I speak for the young black males who never had a silver spoon and understanding the struggle and the need to take care of family.
"Life isn't about being perfect. It's about f*****g up and understanding the mistakes you make don't define you. Stand for something or fall for anything.
